Tachometer

Are Isspro the only tachs that can be used with the factory tach connector on our trucks or can Autometer tachs be used? I want white gauges and Isspro doesn't make an electronic tach like that.

Some guys have used cheap gasser tachs set to 4 cylinder with good results. The one attempt I know of with a good AutoMeter was not successful.

AutoMeter does make a white face alternator tach, I think it's #3788.

Chased down the wires under dash and spliced in. Alsp purchased an AutoMeter, set it to 4 then 6 and 8 cyl. and would not read correctly. Looks like the reading was 1/2 of what it should be.
