Hi theft item. Even up here in AK there has been attempts to steel mine. From attempted drive offs to attempted tow offs. If I have to leave mine at work overnight, its parked inside. I do not take it to Walmart. Seems to be the hot spot around here. I hope you get it back.

Ole ram, where is Los Banos in relation to San Jose/Milpitas area? That parking lot looked familiar to me.
I know our trucks have been highly sought after in the diesel community, for the past few years now. Never heard of it being so popular it would lead to theft, till now. It's one thing to break in to steal something inside the cab, but the whole truck? It would be fffttt up if insurance tried to low ball the replacement value, as that sucker was clean!

On the subject of theft, I was asking one of the young kid loaders at our local Home Depot, if anyone ever backs up to the alley with all the sod, potting soil, bark, etc., and tries to load up their trucks with material. The kid says all the time, but the biggest theft they seem to always have is tools getting loaded at the bottom of the cart, then they put bags of fertilizer and stuff to hide the tools. Then they slip that cart to the loading dock at the back of the store, by the role up door leading to the lumber. That door does not have the detector that goes off when a magnetized tool passes thru it. Then they start up with another cart, with inexpensive materials, pay for that, then as they pass their stashed cart, they just grab both as they mossie on out to their car. They've caught them, and then at the point they get caught they just leave the cart where it is and just walk off and disappear into the busy parking lot.
Police are around the corner, always waiting for the call.
So 2 hours after he tells me this story, I hear some commotion in the parking lot, I see this tweaker punk a$$ yell out Fff you to a Home Depot attendant, and drop what looked like an Amazon Echo, still with the round magnet deal on it. He then procedes to disappear into the parking lot.
If I was in my truck I would have put the front of my truck on him and tried to slow him down, dang fffnnn thief!! Probably clock him with my cane, LOL!

The VIN is VIN1B7KM26C1MS342657
It was stolen April 22 around 1AM. I did have it for sale recently, yes. I had it posted on Craigslist. Thanks for the kind words, guys. And I appreciate any help in getting the word around.

Man that sucks. It is a concern that I have since I converted mine to pull cable fuel shut off. Makes it easier to steal. Pretty seriously considering trying to rig up a removable steering wheel. Of course that won't matter if someone backs a rollback up to it. I used to work loss prevention and despise thieves.

If anyone is a member of the Cummin's forum could they do me a huge favor and repost this with pictures there? I can't get into my account and I think my post count was too low to start threads anyway.
Also if anyone could spread some pictures on instagram I'd appreciate it.
thanks, guys
