Starting problems
91 dodge 2500 Cummings has been sitting inside for about 2 months. Went to start and won't turn over just clicks. Charged battery, installed new starter, and starter relay and still won't turn over the engine, just clicks. Tried boosting and didn't help. All lights will work and glow plugs cycle. Connections at battery posts are clean and seam fine, aswell as power wire going down to starter. Any suggestions??

Check your fusible links by your drivers side hood hinge. I bet it would turn over with a external test starter button

Bad battery cable connection. Check and clean both ends of both cables. Also, if you battery has shorted internally, it will never supply enough power to turn the starter.

I agree, clicking solenoid is almost always low voltage, i.e. low battery or too much resistance. Couls also be bad groud at the negative battery cable. You can test this by jumping voltage directly to the starter solenoid, if it cranks you have your diagnosis...Mark
