Starting issue when warm

This problem has only happened twice, so it might be nothing, but ya never know. The truck starts immediately normally...hot or cold...but recently a couple of times I went to a friends garage and shut it off. (The truck was at normal operating temp) I went back out to start it and it took 4-5 cranks (normal speed) to start. This has happened twice under the same circumstances. Normally I click to "accessory" for about 2-3 seconds before starting, but these 2 times I turned the key thought without the hesitation. Any ideas or is it "operator error" Thanks!!

Probably air in the lines, that's usually what it is when they don't want to fire immediately.
