stack for hydraulic flat bed

stack for hydraulic flat bed

you guys have any good ideas for a exhaust stack for my hydraulic flat bed i was thinking of something removable that reattaches when i lower the bed but dont know exactly how to do it.

You can use exhaust bells like on Class-8 tractors, check out the stacks on any of the COE tractors on the road where the stacks are mounted to the cab.

BTW COE= cab over engine

4" pipe that sticks up a couple inches above the floor and bolt a 6" stack to the bed so when it raises the 4" pulls out of the 6" stack and when you lower it it slides back over, with a 6" stack there should be enough flow that smoke doesn't push out the bottom side.

You could also mount the stack off the side of the cab corner like a big truck has.
