Spider gears ?

I was ready to install my new Spicer (#707252X) gears in my carrier, but they have a different number of teeth, but same spline count (32).
Old Gears, small =10 teeth-------- LG. 16 teeth.
New Gears, small= 8 teeth---------LG. 12 teeth. (#707252X).
Will this cause a problem? 1991.5 D250 w/ 3:54 ratio, D70U.

whosdunit.

YES! The ratios are different. Take them back and get the proper gears.
