Hello I was installing my transfer case and I dropped it and broke he speed sensor where in the world can you find these

Just the VSS?....they are available from any parts store. Now if it was the ratio adapter as well you can get a new one from PATC (https://transmissioncenter.net/?s=ra...t_type=product).
