So I crushed my truck today...
Just thought I'd post up where I know my pain will be understood. Took it to the crusher, axles and all
and watched it get snatched off my trailer and tossed into a 3-story pile of junks. Ugh.

I feel your pain brother. Now you can move on to bigger and better things.
Just remember the death of yours brought more life to others
.
Once the house is done you'll get another one and I WOULD bet on that.

....when the buyer found out it was a 61 he backed out of the deal. I didn't get any bites on the rear axle at all--even on e-bay with a BIN of 300 clams.
The cab and frame were junk, as was the bed. I wouldn't have wished that junk on anyone but the scrapman, anyway. And Ryan, my dad's apple tree fell across the front of the truck last week in a wind storm....ruining the fenders...sorry about that, bro

To those who offered to buy small stuff, I've just been too busy to reply what with work and building a house. No excuse, really, but it's all I've got.
To everyone--this continues to be the only CTD forum I frequent despite the fact my presnt mode of transportation would fit in the bed of the old truck
This 1st gen forum is a second family to me and I look forward to reading and posting here every day. I appreciate the moment of silence for Old Moldy. A parting shot would be appropriate:

Oh, the CTD sits on a stand awaiting teardown---y'all didn't think I'd scrap a 12v, did you
