If I turn up the smoke screw a little, what other effects will it have?

On top of the pump under the small snap in cover, in for more out for less. but listen to dave its of no use in performance, and your mileage will drop like a rock.

I kinda figured that on the fuel milage, they say that all the black smoke is is unburnt fuel
