[QUOTE=u2slow;3352687}

I think that's the first time I've seen the non-IC engine in a truck with the 91.5-93 grille and column![/QUOTE]

My '91.0 ,Poncho, looks the same, grille and column.
They swapped to that grille in '91.0 and as far as I have seen the column at the same time.
The other '91.0 W-250 I have here, that I stole the engine out of for my black crew cab, was set up the same.

I would guess that is an 8 inch thick frame on the C+C [cab and chassis]
Looks like a pretty solid truck and is priced pretty well.

If you want it act on it, or it will sell.

Are you a local PG resident? I am in the area and willing to help with the truck if you need someone with 1st Gen experience. I think that is a decent price for the truck, cab mount rot is pretty common especially being an alberta truck, actually in better shape then I would have guess being from there and the mileage.

Thanks thrashing that's awesome, Im just picking up cash and will meet to purchase soon. The only real concern I have is with the blowby or steam coming out the oil cap. I need to double check when I meet him but I didn't feel any pressure behind the smoke or steam so am thinking it was just startup moisture. For a PG truck the rust would be amazing and even better being its from grand prairie. It's actually logical to buy a 2wd dually because they would be so bad in snow that not many people would put a lot of Km on them in salty or wet conditions during the winter lol.

Well I picked it up. It really does drive well. No compressed air coming out of funny places. Seems like the cab is rust free. Registration said an extended cab so I'm wondering if someone did a swap. Electrical is a bit chopped up behind the dash but everything but the stereo works. Not sure it has speaker.

Any recommendations on a manual? Chilton... Dawes... A pdf...

Thanks again for all the help. I think this is the relationship I've always wanted😂

Geno's Garage has factory service manuals either in paper or CD format.

Probably was originally a clubcab but may have rusted or got damaged and they swapped a reg cab and then with the space between the cab and box decided to go with a flat deck instead.

But a Factory Service Manual is the best tool for working on these. I prefer the paper ones myself.

Registration or VIN? BC registration still identifies a club cab as 'pick up'... or possibly a descriptor of the body on the back i.e. flatdeck, dump, box, etc.

Cab & chassis were 135" or 159". Club cab (longbed) is 149". Did Dodge ever make a non-IC club cab?

I have never seen a non intercooled club cab from the factory.

Club cabs came back into style in '92 and '93.

If only the truck could talk. I don't suppose I'll ever know and the previous owner who bought it from the original owner knew nothing of when changes were done or why...

Here is a vin chart that should tell most everything about your truck.

I hope this helps

It was a while ago but I found the complete Service Manual in PDF form for free and downloaded it.
