Has anyone ever seen or done a Crew Cab 4x4 Short Bed DUALLY conversion?

well I'm currently working on rebuilding my singe wheel W350 CC shortbed but I have the dually rearend I could swap out under it. I guess it would resemble the Mega Cab duallys that dodge had out for a little while. Maybe i should do this to change things up a bit?

If you have all the parts, I say go for it. There aren't very many out there, so you would be different than all the other CC swaps.

I thought about going dually on mine, but I really have no need for duals. Like you said, I would do it to switch things up a bit. I even bought a perfect pair of rear 1st-gen fenders. Now I don't know if I will use them.

How much would you be looking to get out of the fenders for curiosity sake? Also, is anything different on the front axle other than the hubs for a 4x4 dually?

I do not know what the specific differences are but the housing and knuckles are the same between the dually and standard front axles.

I'll send you a pm on the fenders.
