shifting issues

shifting issues

my 93 has some issues shifting. it seems the shift points are ALL screwed up. takes forever for them to do their thing. we adjusted the cable and that helped a bit, but it doesnt seems like its taking forever for the torque converter to lock. wats up????????

You'll have to wait an awful long time for the converter to lock.

Do you mean it's real late shifting into OD? If that's the case, look in the sticky for info on adjusting the TPS.
