Shifter came off in My hand?
Whats the deal my buddy used my truck today and he said that happned to him. he got it back in and it works fine. I notice it can pull up but never took it all the way out. Is something loose or broke? or is this normal?

Mine did that about 2 days after I got it.
The shift lever slips over a stub that fits in the trans, and there's a rubber isolater between them. The lever pulled off the stub is all that happened. Stuff it back on there and crimp it good with a big pair of vise grips, it'll stay.
