Wonder what the going rate for a trans shop to do one? I've never pulled a valve body before, but I have rebuilt gas and diesel enignes. I think I could handle it.

I have a group of guys that have me do "custom" work on their CTD's because no shops will touch the custom stuff. If you can rebuild an engine you can do this.

That is the million dollar question---I am sure you know all of the big guys, DTT, ATS, Goerend, etc, etc. They are a bit steep for my pocket. There are a bunch of people who are very happy with Mojave Green stuff-ask for Bruce 888-908-2526. There is a member here-Justin25002001 or something like that that might make you one. PM me if you want to talk more.

Thanks, yeah I knew the big ones, wasn't sure about their prices but from what I have heard, pricey, so I was looking for a cost effective solution that wasn't stock.

My truck has delayed shifts from 1-2 and 2-3 intermittently. Can't get it out with TV cable. Talked to a guy who worked for transgo for 10 yrs. Had me unhook tv at trans and check shift points. Said should shift 1-2 at 10mph qnd 2-3 at 15. Mine was 22 and 42. Figured throttle valve was sticking. Is that something that is in, or can be cured with one of these kits?
