Saggy front end

My inspection is due at the end of this month. I need to get new tires in order to pass. Here's the thing. The front end sags so much that the stock size tire won't fit. I plan on fixing this but I don't want to buy new tires with the size I don't want. On Chevy S-10's you can mess with the tortion bars and it will raise it up.
It's a one ton, so I don't want to use spring expanders.
Is there anything I can do temporarily until I can put new springs under it?

Fill out the specs for your rig so we can make sense of your problem. If you are talking about coil springs then you need to replace them with Moog super duty Springs $125.00 plus labor. I got mine done at Big O for 300 including alignment
