Well the Airdog is here! I forgot that the kits for our trucks come with an M12 x 1.5 straight, quick connect fitting and a 90* fitting on the hose end. Being that I planned to use hose to allow for flexing, I'll just cut the hose supplied by Airdog and clamp it to the stainless. Problem solved!

Well, I decided to give the Airdog a good volume of fuel with 3/4" stainless tubing from the sump the pump. I've been collecting all the fittings I need and will get a few more this week. I'll be picking up all of the tubing this Sunday. Also, I was interpreting the fitting sizes backwards. What I thought was 1/2" NPT x 3/8" for the suction and supply side are actually 3/8" NPT x 1/2" quick connect and for the return line rather than 3/8" NPT x 1/8" is actually 1/8" NPT x 3/8" quick connect. All of these are the thread sizes in the pump base just for anyone who may be interested in building their own fuel lines in the future.
