Maybe that will keep my idle from dropping once the engine gets warmed up all the way. I turned the idle up yesterday, but I think I got it a little too high now. I guess I need to borrow my buddy’s didgital tach that hooks to the #1 injectors line again and set it to 750 in gear with A/C on.

Don't bother setting idle with a tach - injectors, timing advance, compression, converter fluid coupling etc make factory specs a mere guideline.

Warm the engine up by driving it, then turn the AC on and put it in drive.

Adjust the idle down to be barely above where the mirrors vibrate.

Grease the heck out of the slip yokes and check torque on the pinion nut while you’re at it.

Its a two step between mirror vibration and driveline clunk.

As far as the 47RH - a compushift mini is about $350 shipped.

Or you could use the factory 93 ECM to control OD, and put LU on a dash switch (should be about $345 cheaper :-)
