rear E-Brake cables
Special tool required = 2-9/16 axle-nut socket.
Once all that is out of the way, general brake service tools will get the various brake components out of the way for replacing the cables.
I highly recommend that you dis-assemble the star-wheel adjusters and clean the threads with a wire-wheel on a grinder-motor.
Take a three-cornered triangle file and deepen the teeth on the star-wheel.
Put a generous coating of Anti-Sieze on the threads of the star-wheel adjusters.
The rest will be pretty much obvious.
I've started using my digital camera before and after jobs like this, first to get it back together right, and after to admire the look with new parts. Half-way through the other side I started wondering if I'd got the adjuster cable just right on the first side, but the pic saved me pulling it apart again to check.
