pump timing question
Your timing looks to be darn close in your third pic. Now just turn the shaft on your IP to line up with the keyway in the gear and install.
I usually pop it in the vise...hold the body...loosen teh shaft lock off, then use a small pipe wrench, some rags, and the woodruff key to turn the shaft until I think it's close to lining up. Go check and adjust as necessary.
