Now first let's hope that I have these nick names correct for the two bomber camps... If you work your truck,.... pull or haul etc you are a sledpuller.... embarass fords and ricers you are a drag racer Ok given that let,s break down the various pump mods for which bracket they best suit, hurt or work for both so.... power pins/gsk springs /timing/afc/full load screw/ etc ... with stock injectors and also with 190's for the pullers and pods for the racers lets assume everybody has bhaf and 4"exhaust, for a turbo... stock with 16"cm.or ?? This is not one way verses the other it's which is best for each

 

Drag Racing = all the fuel the little VE can push!

 

No matter what you do to your truck, your ghonna want lots of air! Almost all first gens are lacking in the air department

 

pullers-balance of fuel and air. You dont want lotof fuel with no air. so 190s, gsk, and pump tweeks. depends on how much you pull.
racers- All of the fuel thatyou that is possible.
