I sent my '93 out today to have the differential swapped to a posi. Finally.
I had him put a clutch kit in it while he had it. The clutches were so worn that the material was worn completely off and one actually had a hole in it.
He did a good job, nice and quiet still.
I didn't do a traction test, too wet and dark. Maybe tomorrow.

The the reason I didn't do it myself is that my garage is full of '82 W100 that is getting a Cummins swap. I spent most of the day under it putting the transmission in. Looks like I will have to move the crossmember back a little.

Anyhow, I made a little progress today.
