Assume that the truck for sale is a new thread, as is the windshield wiper arm.

The truck seems pretty cut and dried... it's an ad specifically trying to sell something, even if the OP is not the seller, we don't know that... it is something that is being sold.

The windshield wiper arm... It's not posting "Hey, I want to buy..." but "I'm looking for this."

The reply to it was related to the specific question.

That being said, if you've got one, please don't be like "I've got one I'll sell you." Please PM that person.
