Probably a dumb quesiton

Sorry for the stupid question but my blinkers and brake lights quit last night and I am assuming it's a fuse. Where would I look for this fuse at. I tried to google it and couldn't find a location for it. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Ok so new fuse and turn signals and brake lights are still gone. So any suggestions this is my only running vehicle right now and don't want to cause a wreck trying to get to work tomorrow.

When I had my 93 I had a similar problem. Changed the fuse just like you with the same result. Then I started messing around with the wires at the back-side of the fuse panel and found a couple almost burned off where they connect to the fuse. Cut them off and put power to them from another source along with an in-line fuse and all was good again. Hope this helps.

My bosses truck had the same problem except it was a 97 i think. Had to replace the blinker/headlight switch assembly on the left of the steering column. Although the older trucks are set up differently.

Not sure if Ma Mopar was still doing it for the 91.5-93 trucks....but up until the early 90's all the lights, turn signals and brake lights ran through the turn signal switch. Not the greatest set-up since it would cause many and hour wasted trying to track down the problem.

Make sure your hazard switch isnt on, and possibly no flasher unit in the socket.

I figured it out I wiggled a bunch of cords till it worked. Not sure what cord did the trick though. Thanks for the help guys.
