Piers 1st Gen Air Intake

Piers 1st Gen Air Intake

Anybody heard of or using the Piers Air intake system for 1st Gens? I saw it on their website for $189. It comes with an afe filter. Any reviews good or not?

i went and checked it out, the only kit that would fit a 1st gen would be the box and filter, looks legit to me, i might be interested in one!!

Piers sells the ASA Modifieds intake, and it works fine. I have had one on mine for over a year, and it works.

I had a system like it until I put on the twins. It is a 4" inlet. I used it with one of Old Smoky's mounts that he used to make.

I went up to a 5" system with the twins and picked up about 3psi on the boost gauge.

I don't mean to knock it... it's pretty, but for $189 how is it better than a BHAF with Old smokey mount?

this cost me about 20 bucks and some time maybe 2 hours and boy can you hear the compresser chucker auto has the filter i just looked around till i seen one that looked like it fit it has a 3 3/4 opening and i just RAMMED er on there nice tight fit pm me and i'll get you the part#

Where are you finding the ASA Intake? I am intrested in buying one for my 1992 Dodge D250 and can't find them anywhere.
