Pics of swaping an intercooler into non/ic truck.

Well like the title says does anyone have any pics of the swap I have seen somewhat of how pullitillbroke has his with the gen two intercooler but I would like to see others please .

Yes. Way too small. The best thing you can do is swap in a large Powerstroke intercooler.

Here's one really good write up. I think RichieO is over here too, actually. Most of the time people will try to find a used one for around $200 or so.

A second gen is a easier fit in the non ic truck. I put a powerstroke in mine and it was alot of work however for the price of the ic I couldn't say no. Either way it is going to be a HUGH improvement and you will really notice it. No matter which one you go with just take your time and you'll be fine.

I've picked up two used powerstroke intercoolers for ~100 each. A 2nd gen should be just as easy to find.

Both. If you watch your boost guage it will be less due to the area the intake air is now running through but it will be cooler which makes it feel stronger.
