Peak Horsepower RPM

To some this might come as a stupid question but I was reading up on 'howstuffworks.com' and I would like to know the peak horsepower rpm or as I like to call it, the sweet spot for my old 93. I haven't had the opportunity to attempt this considering it's been away for 4 weeks getting painted.

Thanks

You can expect it to be around 1800. This number will rise to a higher RPM when a 3200 gov spring is installed.

So I'm assuming peak torque would also be in that exact same range... ?

Sorry, I told you wrong. Torque peak, comes in on a stock 93 at around 1850, 1900 RPM..Peak HP is at the 2400RPM range. Here is a graph to help. http://dodgeram.org/tech/dsl/Facts/93specs.html

I have lots of mods, including 3200 Governor spring.
My dyno sheet shows
332.8HP at 2250 RPM
794.1 Torque at 2100 RPM

1800 RPM for torque.
HP curve is flat at 250 HP from 2100 to 2500 RPM.
