Moving on to the front fenders in the build of my 93 w250. Previous owner jerry rigged the pcm bracket onto the new fenders he purchased. Does anyone have any idea how it’s supposed to mount/ where the mount holes are supposed to be?

If you have any picks of what yours looks like, that would help a lot.

 

That’s how he had it in the fender, also I don’t know where the horn is supposed to go either
