Painless wiring brand aux fuse block

Pics are going to be another day- tried loading them from my iPhone and too complicated! Kept getting a message saying invalid link check with admin. Anyway, tomorrow evening I am wiring in an auxiliary 12v power socket under my rear bumper to power up tire pump compressors, hand held flood lights, etc. I've had this power socket for awhile now and lost the box/ instructions for it. Going to tap into my fuse block for power source. What size fuse would be proper for that you think?
Stock fuse block is pretty well overloaded from scratch.

I figure you are meaning your new fuse-block; that will be fine to source your power there.
For what you plan to use the plug for, 12AWG wire should be sufficient; 30-amp fuse.

30 is too high for a cig. lighter type connector. I recommended 12 g wire to have less voltage drop over the long length.

Was planning on 14ga but will heed your advice and get some 12ga wire. Think I will fuse it on my new t- block with a 20 or 25 amp. Thanks guys
