I got my oil changed Friday and when I got home noticed a big oil spot on driveway but looking under the truck could not see where it was coming from, drove to Panama City to work and noticed another oil spot, got home late and Sunday am crawled under truck with spotlight, saw oil dripping from oil plug, it was loose and the square hole where it was tightened looked really bad like the wrong tool was used to loosen it before oil change, I was so mad and upset, lost a lot of synthetic oil that was put in on Friday so now I got to go back Monday and insist on refilling with new oil, traffic is terrible due to all volunteers going to disaster area from hurricane, it hit 35 miles to the east of us, unbelievable damage and now I got to waste time with the bozos who changed my oil
