Now that i got u, what kind of paint did you use on the roof? i need to make sure i shoot the right stuff on top of it. I want to go with an oil based paint if possible.

i was about to say, they look wide. I like the look.

Do the 265's rub the front suspension at full lock? i have a bunch of 265's and wanna put them on the 93 but someone told me they'd rub some front suspension part under there at full lock

they just went on about 3 hours ago... so i don't know. I took the mechanic for a test ride... he was more than impressed. he said "man this turbo really spools" I told him you should see what she does with the 06 turbo is on it... (he thought i still had the 351 in there, since he cut the flange for me).

Anyways i'll go scope out a parking lot and pull the tires then check for wear for both our sake.

they came off an excursion with only 5k on them.

Ever tried paint like this? My 89 had some thin spots and some pin holes near the drip rail. I put some of this on it 18 months ago and it still looks like it did the day I applied it. It's the kind of stuff they paint oil rigs with.

ahah you're asking the wrong person. I'm 90% sure he shot it with Epoxy primer, i don't think he used any kind of paint

i think it's just primer Nick, but you're best off emailing or calling my Dad

Thanks Jim i'll have to look into that stuff. I want to do just the upper side of the cab and hood with something, just not sure on the color. I'm thinking white, but who knows when i get around to it i may choose something else spur of the moment.

What are you talking about Brandon???... REAL trucks have leaf springs in the front, you don't have any of those.

Thanks DREWSTA i just went through the free car wash i'll take better pictures in a moment.

My golf cart has leaf springs up front. Besides i'm not trying to convince anybody that i'm driving a REAL truck.
