Need tuning tips
 

Ok now that I got my dodge im going to start driving it. Now you guys should know that the truck has not been driven in quite some time so is there some preventive maintenance i need to do?
Like ajust the valves or stuff like that.

change all fluids, oil filter and fuel filter and run a bottle of fuel additive through a tank a fuel.....

when you start teh truck let it sit in N for a min to circulate the trany fluid.

if quite some time is like 1 year i probly change almost everything thats in oil also have radiator fluid checked for ph 1st start it up and let it idle and check everything belts that kind of thing before you take it out check if coolant i circulating if after a few minutes of idling cooland does not move thermostat could be stuck that all depends on how long is asnt runed
