nv4500 swap front bearing retainer
When I go to shorten the front bearing retainer in an nv4500 to swap into my 92, where am I measuring from to get the number I'm looking for? Pics would be appreciated if possible.

I have done this swap four times. Here is the instructions to a T. It states you can use a hacksaw or similar but I took mine off and went to a very good machine shop to have it done nicely. He even bevels the edge so it looks factory when its done. Here you go:
