need some tach help

i got a 93 factory tach and need to find the wire to read rpm in my 91 non ic.

Won't work, there is no such wire except on '92 and '93 trucks.

Autometer makes a clamp-on alternator tach. Isspro makes a tach with a sensor an magnets that you glue to the damper. Either setup works.

Do not put a 12 volt RPM signal on that factory tach. The Dodge signal is only 5 volts. You would most likely blow that tach.

They didn't, they were a Mopar Performance accessory you could have dealer installed.
