need some advice

I took my tranny out today to have it rebuilt. i got the converter out and its a CVC i think the previous owner had it put in about 3 years ago, dont really have alot of cash but if i replace it i will go with the hughes 15xfm for $500 do you guys think it will be ok or would you definitely replace it?

You might consider sending the CVC unit to folks like Specright and have the go through it, tightening it along the way.



These days, no matter who you get one from, they're most likely gonna need your core to build a good one from.

To be sure, give whoever a call to ensure what's gonna be required that way.

Called Hughes and they will rebuild it for 96 bucks and tighten it to 1800 i thought that was super cheap!
