Smooth intake and BHAF, ditch the ribbed factory intake hose and filter. You'll hear it sing more.

What bgilbert said, plus an HTT compressor housing/wheel upgrade and you'll get a nice whistle.

To educate you on turbo "lingo": you have an H1C with a 14cm exhaust housing. Most guys would write this in their signature as something like H1C/14WG. A "35" is simply an HX35. If you went with a 60mm compressor wheel from HTT, your cold side would turn into an H1C/H1E hybrid turbo. Same with HX35/40 hybrids. Hope this helps.

I personally would go with a 60mm. It will spool slower, but if you have the pump turned up it shouldn't be too bad. The stage II will also give you the whistle, but the Stage III will flow more (if you need that). The Stage IV is also a 60mm wheel and flows about 10% more than the Stage III due to its 6 blade design. The compressor upgrades won't necessarily add much boost, but they'll provide it more efficiently. It probably isn't necessary unless you're getting ~30psi.

On my truck EGT's are high because of too much fuel and not enough air (I'm looking at an HTT Stage III or IV soon also) combined with the 12cm housing.

So a 60mm wheel 6 blade will flow more air than my stock wheel? How hard is it to change out the wheel?

Yep, I think the Stage II is 58mm, 8 blade, Stage III is 60mm, 8 blade, and Stage IV is 60mm, 6 blade. The stage II and III are $200, the stage IV is $285. On the Stage II and III, it's just pull the compressor housing off, put a socket on the turbine side of the shaft, take the nut off the compressor side (REVERSE THREADS) , replace the wheel, and put everything back. The Stage IV requires taking the backing plate off to replace it with the one HTT sends.

Oh, these upgrades probably are only necessary if you have high EGT's or want a better sounding turbo.

put an HX35 in there, it'll scream way louder than that non-MWE compressor housing you've got on there now.
