When you adjust your idle down you are also changing the at rest position of the throttle position sensor. Under the sensor you will see a pair of flats that will accomodate an open end wrench. You can GENTLY rotate the sensor input back to where it was. It doesn't take much motion to notice a change in the OD. It is plastic so be careful. You probably only need to move it 1/16 inch or so in the counter-clockwise direction. In the service manual there is a way to do this using a volt meter. I think the values vary from year to year. I have a 93 FSM at home. If you want me to send you the page on adjusting the TPS send me a PM and I will see what I can do. I ain't no computer geek but I can scan, maybe, I think I can?????????
