My return from Mexico saga

I think the OEM bushings from a dealer are of higher quality plastic that some of the stuff you get off the HELP rack. Years ago I bought a few from a Dodge dealer and they also had grease in them. The recent ones I got at O'Reilly's or AutoZonk didn't. I greased the one I used anyway. If it pops off I'll go get some at the dealer.

Over the years I've ordered obsolete parts from Dodge dealers in probably 20 states. Just yesterday UPS delivered me what the Mopar computer showed to be the last fuel level sensor remaining in the US -- from the Colorado Springs dealership. I hate it; my late father ordered this truck new and I can see the day coming when I have to park it due to unavailability of parts. I suspect Ford and Chevrolet treat the owners of their older trucks with a bit more respect...
