i got my hands on a 91 1/2 motor with everything even wiring harness.im trin to build it for workin the truck weighs in at 11,000 lbs every day(weldin truck) and want a motor that can make it from hell and back every day its gettin a s300 62/65/13 turbo and a airdog system for sure,what do i need to do cam,head,pistion and all that good stuff wise,lower compression?im lookin for 350 to 400 hp,keep in mind this is my first diesel build up so imay be alittle slow on terms and things,thanks for the help

Id get a maxspool 2 cam , ive heard good about them and they lower egt's and make spool up alot quicker.
headstuds of course, new head gasket, possibly some custom porting work if you want to send the head out.
dont have to worry about pistons or lowering compression for 400 hp.

A basic 12 valve can make a reliable 400whp easily. Just takes minor pump tweeks, good sized injectors, and a good turbo. Your turbo choice looks good and if all you want is 400whp then the DDP+4's flow enough fuel to hit that goal. 6x16 injectors are way oversized if thats all the power you want to make IMO. Other than that just make sure the compression is good in all cylinders and the engine is more than ready.
all i know is there around 5x12s from the injecter chart on the firstgen site,i got the motor with the head almost off.im not likin ddp right now my fuel pin in scared and only been in the truck 2 months.i do kind of like the 370s.the set up will most likly be like it is now but new turbo and an airdog system for sure,ive been thinkin bout a cam but how driveable is it and around how much more power would that give me.im goin to the dyno later this week hopefully to get a baseline with this set up now
Cams for these things are extremely expensive as far as I've seen. You may get 30whp, but at a big cost. From what I've heard though they drive nice and spool great. I have no personal experience with them though.

i dont honestly know right now 276/665 with the set up in my sig,i did add more timin and ground off the foot on the afc and turned the fuel boost screw in more and id like to go to the dyno here soon,if those wont suport it then what will
