I have a 92 w350 with a getrag, and it is basically stock. I have had the injector pump rebuilt, and "turned up 10%" by the shop that built it. I also had the injectors built. Other than this the truck is virtually stock, I was curious as to what some of you guys ideas were for what you would do from here. I want to keep the truck as a daily driver/ farm, while still using the truck for a good bit of travel so it will need to be set up for pulling still. I am not going to be going straight to changing things, but just trying to get some ideas. Thanks for the help.

My first thing would be grab some gauges. These truck really benifit from turbo upgrades, so that be wjere i looked first plus turn pump up more.

For free you can turn that +10% pump into a +50% pump. [roll]

However, a pyrometer will be required to make sure you don't melt your engine. :(

I have a pyrometer, but that is the only thing I have other than factory guages. How difficult is it to turn the pump up, also what about
EGTs and engine temps. I have seen them get pretty warm in the summer here in mississippi with a load, any suggestions about how to help with that.

Theres a sticky at top of the page tells you how, its easy. And 1250 degrees is considered to be the max, if your egt probe is pre turbo.
