minimum size of injectors for 14mm H&R?

Well I just bought another VE pump from buddy of mine that went p pump. Its a non i/c pump off a 90 and it supposedly has about 18 months on it since it was rebuilt. It looks in great shape and it has the 3200 spring and ground pin in it already. He said it fueled harder than most VEs he has seen. I may clip the spring or install my 4200 in it, might remove the afc lever (or take the afc top off with my afc lever already removed from my pump and put it on that pump) or I may keep the afc and run a denny t pin or something, not sure yet. Gonna loctite the front seal and turn up the airdog to 25ish psi when i run it but my plans for this pump is to make it a 14mm pump... Especially since its a non i/c pump from which I heard have a hair bigger delivery valves??? I found a rocken tech 14mm H&R brand new for a decent deal and may ****** it up. Doing this I could have a 14mm pump and my 12mm pump to go back to if the 14mm gives me troubles

My main question is I've heard you have to have some pretty big injectors to run a 14mm h&r. What would be the minimum/maximum size of injectors you would go with a big single or mediate twin setup? I'm thinkin my pods may be a hair too small for this even though I've been impressed with them. I was thinkin 6x18s or 6x16s, but what would be my other options? I'm planning ahead and probably won't do this 14mm pump til fall or winter but I'm just gettin an idea of what to look for or think about? thanks.

It depends. With the pump turned down enough, you could probably run PODs....with it cranked up (which is the whole point) I'd run 6x16s.....I mean, they're pretty proven to work well with the 14mm setup.

ok, well I've always been leaning towards some 6x16 or 6x18s. Whats the best company to get them from? New Era? SDX? is coaltrain out of business? I remember they were a big injector business a few years ago... How about rocken tech 6x16s? I saw they were only around $700 which isn't bad.

I've heard good about ddps but they still just seem really expensive to me.

I couldn't be happier with my set from John Russin.
