major wiring problem

alright well all of a sudden i have some baddd wiring issues, i have no brake lights, no turn signals, no hazards, and no head lamps at all, what could of caused this problem i went through all the fuses and replaced what was bad and still nothing. i probly messed up on my tail lights when i was rewiring in the 78 dodge box and the wiring did not match my trucks wiring. the 78 had been hacked wired and i must of did something that it drew to much power and blew something. i also have no wipers and no windshield fluid going onto the window when i press the button and yes the fluid is full. what do you suppose is the problem? this all happend at the same time.

Yes, they are in the harness that splits all the wires up from the batter feeds. It sounds like you fried at least one of them, so there's a short in your new wiring somewhere.
