Losing Power after 3200 Spring Install

I got the 3200 rpm spring in and everything went good and the truck ran perfectly for the first day. Now the boost has dropped to 20psi and it lost power all the way through the rpm range. I did have the throttle lever off after the first install but I am pretty I put it back on the same way. Any idea on what this could be? I am out of ideas.

Fuel screw locknut came loose? Nut for throttle linkage didn't pull the shaft up through the splines and now it's loosened? Recently, coinidentally clogged fuel filter starving the IP?

the fuel screw locknut is tight and I will check the throttle shaft that could be it. I just replaced the fuel filter and I know the symptoms of a clogged one. Any more ideas?

I had to reindex my throttle shaft after my install. I put it back to when it was before install and I had no power at all. I had to go all the way up and down on the marks on the shaft to get all my power back.
