Exclamation Looking to buy Prince of Darkness Injectors...Read!

Does anyone know a place that would give me a good deal on a set of these? Any feedback on their performance? Thanks!

They like lots of timing and are really smokey but give some good power gains.

I've heard a lot of good things about them. I wonder if the fuel pin is really needed? Hopefully somebody has an idea where I could find a set for a good price!

Buy them from Piers. They sell you a matched set. Some cheaper places like Ebay don't do that. You get what you pay for.

Same here. I had a local shop get me my 1st set, ran them 100,000 mi but developed hot weather smoke issues. I took them out, had them tested, and the pattern and pressures were dead on. I installed them in another truck and 30,000 mi later still good. Don't have any hot weather issues with either set now.

I wasn't saying that Ebay PODs were crap or anything. But, Piers sends you a full selection of different thickness washers with them. Plus, Piers does flow test and match them into like sets. I did my research before I bought mine, and I couldn't find a consensus whether cheaper sources would do these things. The Ebay sellers would never respond to my questions. Piers did all of that. That's why I recomend them so highly.

Your mileage may vary...

What results will they produce on a stock setup?

I was thinking about buying the Ebay POD's but I havent done any pump tweeks yet.

Just wondered what would happen on a factory setup???

Hi,

Lots of BLACK SMOKE. Mine still smoke, but not near as much as before I bumped the timing.

Do any of you guys remember who the seller was on Ebay that you bought your POD's from? There is a set on there now but they are a little more expensive then normal.

I saw that too so I searched "raelyn" and found a ebay user, but by the feedback and history I doubt it is the person I'm looking for......

I wondered the same thing.

The seller on Ebay now with a set is eis_diesel. Has anyone bought from them?
