Sounds easy enough. I may try those. Better light and less current draw.

I bought these Hella lights which fit with a bit of modification of the headlight bucket.

They use incandescent bulbs which are replaceable. I use a set of 100/80 watt bulbs which have a very nice cutoff at the level of the light while on low beam.

Personally I don't like the new LED bulbs. They have to much blue light in them and blind me. I wish they were regulated better.

I agree on some of the new LEDs, that's my other concern.
