KSB leaking at ip body

I thought before I pull it off I'd ask if this has happened to others. Right where KSB mounts to body of IP it's flowing large amounts of fuel to ground.

It looks like just 2 allen head screws plus line to top and elect. plug.

There's an o-ring under there. Should be an easy fix.

New allens and new thorx and no dam luck guess I'll have to pull IP and weld stubs to screws so that they can be backed out and then buy some type of user friendly screws. It's just very frustrating that these seam to have never been touched after engine was installed in truck at factory.
