I found an Intercooler on craigslist it is made by xpower. The dimensions are 2.5 inches thick, by 32 wide and 27 tall. Would it fit. It's really cheap. The ports are almost flush with the top of the intercooler

 

I have a OEM intercooler of my donor 93 in the shop...

Here are the dimensions.

Height...12.75"
Width...37" (Outside to Outside of side tanks)
Thickness of core is 1.625, end tanks are about 2"
Inlet and outlet pipe is the same size... ID is 2.25", OD is 2.5"

 

One thing to look at is make sure the inlet and outlet tubes are further apart than your radiator is wide. If they are to narrow to pass by the sides of the radiator it will never work.
