injector nozzles

injector nozzles

i want to no if there is a part # for injector tips my truck has original in good shape injectors im wondering if i can just change the tips on them and if so witch tips can i use are original injectors bosh ide like to have the same thing as bosh 190s or something like that see im into mud runs i want something that i can use to work everyday but on the week end i like to kick but mud runs around here last about 30 seconds so its not too long mos of them last under 20 last one i did lasted 5 see everyone here says diesels cant cut it in mud run i want to prove them rong im also planning on a hx 40 turbo or a htt stage 3 upgrade for mine

I don't think there is such a thing for 1st gens...short of 1-off custom stuff. For the $$, you really can't go wrong with pod's or 190's.

im pretty sure i read about this somwhere would be cheaper just to change the tips but if i cant im gona go with pods

If your going to run bosch nozzles then you could have someone change the tips. Size is limited to 190's unless your going to do something fancy like custom tips or pulling the insides out of a 2nd gen injector and transplanting them into a 1st gen body.
POD's are a Lucas(now Delphi) injector, so its a different nozzle holder with its own slightly different nozzle design.
