Injection pump Part # ?

Can anyone tell me what this pump goes too? P/N R4728745

Are all the IP from 89-93 interchangeable?

I don't know about the part number but yes all the pumps will interchange except that you will have to change the delivery valves and the cold start solenoid off the 89 to make it work on the newer trucks.
