Initial governor shaft adjustment
I'm building a VE pump from parts. How do I initially adjust the governor shaft. Yes, I've searched and read alot, but still don't understand.

Thanks nonrev! I'm asking about the governor shaft, not the throttle shaft/lever. I will use your picture to index the throttlt shaft, however.
