Fss?
Ok so I got fuel yesterday went to start the truck, it would spin over as normal but no start, so checked the wires on the fss, both on and hooked tight so pumped the primer a few times it was on the lobe so I had the wife bump the key and presto it fired right up.
Now this morning I change the oil and when I went to start it and again no go so I primed it about 20 pumps still no go, banged on the fss it fired right up. I guess my question is has anyone had the fss stick in the closed position?

Well I removed the fss it appears normal seems to work like it should, is there something in IP that could be going bad?

Mine did that when the fuel heater O-ring went bad.

Well it has been starting every day so far, one thing I did check was for leaks in the system by putting 8 lbs of air in the tank, would that make the fuel heater leak if the oring was bad

It should, but it seems that you have a very small leak. See what happens when it sits a day or 2. Maybe it has fixed itself, Ya' gotta' love it...Mark
